Holidays
- 8 fixed holidays.
- 2 floating holidays (if the start date is after
June 30, only 1 floating holiday is available that calendar year).
Paid Time Off
- 15 days of vacation (including personal
days) per calendar year, pro-rated on time worked.
- Wedding Leave: 5
days
- Parental Leave: 6 weeks at 75% of salary
- Sabbatical: 6 weeks at 75%
of salary
- Community Service: 3 days
- Bereavement Leave: 5 days
Medical Benefits
- Employees and their dependents may be covered under one of two plans.
Under the Standard Plan, Return Path covers 90% of the costs for the
employee and 70% of the costs for the dependents.
Dental Benefits
- Employees and their dependents may be covered under one of two plans. Under
the Standard Plan, Return Path covers 90% of the costs for the employee
and 70% of the costs for the dependents.
Vision Benefits
- Employees and their dependents may be
covered under the plan. Return
Path covers 90% of the costs for the employee and 70% of the costs
for the dependents.
Flexible Spending Account
- An FSA plan is available to
employees.
Retirement Plan
- A 401(k) retirement savings plan is
available to employees.
Basic Life Insurance
- Coverage is one time the annual base salary. This coverage
includes Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage.
Short-Term Disability
- The Plan will pay up to 60% of the weekly salary up to a maximum benefit
of $750 for eligible claims.
Long-Term Disability
- The Plan will pay up to 60% of the eligible compensation up to a
maximum benefit of $10,000/month.
Gym Membership
- Employees may get reimbursed 50% of their
monthly fees up to $40.
TransitChecks
- Where available, employees may take advantage
of the TransitCheck program.
Referral Bonus
- $2,500 for the referral of a candidate
who gets hired.
Excellence Awards
- $25 to $200 based on the accomplishment.
